Africa Climate and Energy (ACE) Cafe
Africa faces a dual challenge: adapting to a changing climate while accelerating an energy transition that must also close an access gap leaving more than half the continent without reliable power. Unlocking the private investment needed to solve both has long been constrained by one persistent barrier: entrenched perceptions of risk in African markets.
The Africa Climate & Energy Café is a new quarterly webinar series designed to change that conversation. Rather than another round of generalized discussion about challenges and the continent’s resource potential, each session spotlights an actionable, data-driven policy lessons, and real investment success stories from across the continent: the kind of evidence investors, policymakers, and researchers actually need to make decisions.
Every webinar is recorded and archived online, building a lasting, growing resource for anyone working at the intersection of climate resilience, the energy transition, and socio-economic development in Africa.
